A little wind slab forming along the ridge, and wind was picking up during the day. Lower elevations snow is still fairly weak to ground.
Dug a quick pit at the summit on NW facing aspect. ECTX. Still seeing weak facets near ground with stronger (4F/4F+) mid pack on top. No other significant signs of instability. New snow skied well though I could see wind slab increasing if wind continues through the night.
